Coffee was old and nasty waitress was told never. Offered new cup. and still charged us for 2 cups . Salad was bad and expensive for nothing would never think about GOING BACK. not friendly place

Horrible service. 4 of us waited over a half hour and noone came to take our order, even after asking the staff. When we decided to leave we told the hostess and the waitress tried arguing it, the place wasn't very crowded either.

Food was very good but the service was unbelievably slow & the man cashing us out was down right rude/mean. Stay away unless you like to be treated terrible & spend 2 hours there for a simple breakfast

Favorite Sunday Breakfast Date Day place in Madison currently. The waitress has given us the choice to have the same booth each time so far. Breakfast each time has had more food than I could finish that is super tasty and comes quickly, and I eat the most at a breakfast meal. The staff always has been attentive to if our drinks were low and refill them. They always clear plates and let us sit and chat for a while, which is getting really rare to be allowed to do too.

This is a small local restaurant that has good food reasonablely priced. My waitress was attentive even though busy. The only recommendation I would make to the owners would be to update the lighting (though they do have plenty of windows), it's a little dark.

We were leery at first because it looks like an older restaurant from the outside BUT the inside is clean and decorated very nicely. The staff is so friendly and the food is priced right, delicious and the portion sizes are very generous

Loud mouth customer at the counter. Very loud and undesirable . Food was good, but that's the second time the loudmouth was in there, so not going back. He's all you can hear. Ruined my experience for the last time

The best Reuben Sandwich I've ever had, and I eat them every time I see them on the menu. The family enjoyed what they ate also. Nice friendly service. The coffee was fantastic. Glad we stopped.

Let me start this off by saying that I have been here before, and the service and food was great.However today, my 3 friends and I got seated, our drinks arrived quickly, and that was the end of our service. We sat for about 25 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, so I went up to the hostess and told her politely that I didnt want to be rude, but we had sat for a while without anyone taking our order. She kindly said she would take care of it and I returned to my table. Another 10-15 minutes went by, and no one came. We decided to leave, and went to pay for our drinks before we left. The servers were very confused because there was no ticket, and then continued to argue about who was supposed to take our table. They voided our drinks and we headed for Mary's Diner. Sitting here enjoying my strawberry milkshake with exceptional service while I write this review.
